  • Jump tutorial

Changed:

  • Creature journal functionality largely removed (pending gallery map as replacement next update)
  • Meditate mechanic now accounts for player sprite image
  • Vision cone tracks applicable events better, slightly larger radius and length

Fixed:

  • Can no longer trap Lathe inside walls when attempting to return to previous map in tutorial
  • Slime can no longer gloop Lathe from below the platform in the Scent tutorial map
  • Slime actually gloops Lathe, instead of only at the top of the stairs
  • Can no longer step inside the pillars in the Call tutorial room
  • Plant pot’s last dialogue is now the plant pot dialogue instead of the slime pot in tutorial temple
  • Pillars on beach now treat the player as having finished the tutorial in dialogue
  • Many passability issues fixed across maps
  • Temple puzzles no longer break when leaving and re-entering
  • Skills are no longer accessible from menu
  • Restarting the game after finishing the Tutorial Temple no longer automatically completes the tutorial temple
  • Listen-skill lights properly despawn after event is erased, instead of creating 10,000+ events per map after long enough
  • Various other bugs and issues

Known issues:

  • Invisible events and events that have ‘left the scene’ still produce sounds and scent particles
  • Can stand awkwardly on the tip of a fern on the tutorial cave overlook. Will keep this bug unfixed
  • Can get stuck inside walls when jumping in weird ways in the jump tutorial
  • Visual clipping through certain decorative pillars
  • Visual clipping through certain stair tiles
  • Black lines can be seen around certain events that appear/disappear
  • Ending sigil cleanse option can make Lathe stop in place. Until fixed, press 5 twice after dialogue.
  • Unknown issue where tinting the images in the intro sometimes causes severe lag
